Ok ty so much for all your remarks posts PM's to me etc. I've decided to stay. I won't let this one person win by attacking me. And i will continue to post regardless of the subject. If my posts or "excuses are old and tired of reading them" too bad. This board is my home. You guys are my friends. I won't let anyone bully me into silence or run away. This person knows who they are. Yes feelings were hurt (i.e. mine). But I won't let it get to me anymore. If someone is having a bad day then don't be mean and angry at someone else who did nothing more than post a response on here...

Ok have a very nice Thursday everyone. Today is my Friday i have tomorrow and Saturday off. The weather is nice and i can not wait til April now more than ever. Oh ya i have a friend who will take pics of me up on the side stage too as proof :)

I stayed out of that thread in a 'mind my own business' frame of mind, but none the less, Im glad youve decided to stay with us.

Excellent. I'm happy you've decided to stay.

The LoT is an exceptional group of people. Even when the vibes are weird, the intentions are usually good.

Have a great weekend. I look forward to seeing you the next time (whenever that might be).

I don't know who you are so I say this as a complete outsider and without a hint of bias:

Ok.

Wow. This is surprising. The LoT has always been the one place I know of on the net that is free of the douchiness of other places we've been. That sucks that some Mojo Lacking Mofo drug such bad vibes in here. I hope they're reading these threads and feeling appropriately unhip.

MMM, if it makes you feel any better I can empathize with you. I've been posting with most of these folks for almost seven years now and still haven't been able to meet them. I see the announcements and wish that I could go and I understand what a bummer it is to not be able to, as well as the somewhat outside-looking-in feelings that go along with that, but don't let that bother you. And don't let anyone who wants you to conform to their way of posting bother you either. This is the LoT, and I've always thought of that as meaning that we have a "LoT" of diversity here and a "LoT" of different ways of looking at things and posting about them. I'm glad that you decided to stay and ignore the douche who wanted to pigeonhole you into posting their way. Swanky is as swanky does, and I think your pretty damn hip for taking the high road.

But hey, at least we all now get a bit more FUD (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fear,_uncertainty_and_doubt) in our lives as we speculate on who the un-named assailant is. Perhaps I should start a poll.

Ditto on everything Jazzman said. I live in Wisconsin, mostly so I can wear a swanky fur coat every day for months and months.

It means I never get to see these fabulous people! But it is a really nice fur coat.

Hey man, ya gotta be gifted to keep up a snub this long! :D Or, just poor. That does it too...

Real or faux? I admire a lady with the courage to wear fur nowadays. My wife looks fabulous in her fur. I laugh often about anti-fur activists who lash out at fur wearers, all the while wearing leather shoes, jackets or handbags. Ah, the irony of hypocrisy.

Oh, I got to meet MMM - We shared a foot-massage and a beer together (amongst other things) :p

...I'm glad you're staying Rose.

BTW: Have you put the offending person on "ignore" yet ? I hope so. I'm not sure, but I think it might even stop PM's coming in from that person. (Lisa, is that right?)

PS: Stoat sends hugs, as do I.

Listen, around where I live, most of the fur people wear? They caught it themselves or picked it up off the road, I kid you not.

A few years ago, I went vegan for six weeks, not for ethics but for health. During that time, I bought the only piece of furniture I have chosen all by myself and bought all by myself: a red leather chair.
