I really really wanna go! I'll probably get the cheap (~$30) seats, if anyone wants to sit with me. Or if you wanna get all fancy and get nicer seats, I might be talked into it.

Well, a weeknight would work best for me but not for others, I'm guessing. Weekend evenings could work, but would not be my preference since I may have to work.

I'm not quite sure of a date yet, I guess.

Oi, was I ever disappointed in this show.

I'm in minority, I realize. I have never really cared for most of the "big" musicals. They have always been, imo, generally over-hyped.



I'll leave it at that. Won't pull an Alex and be back here 12 times to interject how I don't like Phantom while everyone discusses plans to enjoy it. :p

That's good, because I've seen the show some 16 or so times, and curmudgeonliness was not likely to sway me anyway. :)

I'm inclined to say a Friday night. But if not that, perhaps a weekend night?

Yes, you do. But you'd be free late afternoon.

Since your schedule is random, why don't you figure out a day/time that works for you and the rest of us will decide if we can make it.

Now which version is this? I heard that there was a retooled version of Phantom that came out. Chandelier falling at a different moment and all that...
(I can't go. But I liked the show when it first came to the Ahmanson Theatre here in LA.)
