Help Wanted: Website Graphics Designer

I need a bit of help laying down a cool graphics overlay on a bland website.

It's just a couple of pages so it's not a big job time wise but it is important (to me at least...)

I'm visualizing something vaguely Japanese animation'ish that would appeal to teens/pre-teens along with a set of styles that allows changing the text of the page as needed.

If you're interested, you think I can afford you and you have some time starting next week, please let me know.

I am not a professional graphic artist, but I do have some experience with manga style drawing and with graphic design. I can help with creating the images, at least. PM me if you're interested.
