Doesn't the possibility exist that there was more negative coverage of Bush because there were more negative things connected to him than Kerry? What I mean is, what if you said that there was a lot more negative coverage of Osama Bin Laden than the Pope? Does that prove media bias towards Christians over Muslims or is just that Osama is a sorry excuse for a human?

I wouldn't worry about it too much anyway. The way this administration is paying off reporters to push their agenda and spending 250 Million to release what appear to be real news reports that are actually blatant propaganda, things should be turning around nicely for you. ;)

Actually you are right to some degree here. Bush did more and had actual opinions on subjects---whereas Kerry had litle very negative things to his credit(but little positive either--better to love and lost syndrom).

The incumbant is ALWAYS open to more media scrutiny simply because he is, well, the incumbant.

This is in no way intended to be construed as a conversion from my well known views that there is a left leaning bias in the media (not conspiratorial, but on an individual by individual basis).

Poor Dubya can't evah get a break. Forced to go to Ivy League schools. Not allowed to fight in Vietnam. Prevented from doing his duty in the Nat'l Guard. Heck, the poor guy wasn't even able to go down in flames along side his Harken Oil investors.

He lost an election but the meanie courts wouldn't give him the defeat. He did his best to imitate a scared schoolboy on 9/11 but they still insisted on calling him a courageous leader. He manufactured a war using transparently facetious justifications but over half the country supported him anyway. He wore a radio transmitter during the debates in an obvious cry for help but he was ignored. And now the cruel media has the audacity to report on his obvious shortcomings -- as if any of us are perfect.

Poor Georgie...will things ever go his way? :(

I fear you are a better man than I, Scrooge. I've always been partial to the "silence is acquiescence" mentality.

Resistance.......is...............futile..........
