I love how someone was acting like quakes never happen there, when there had been one above 5 back in 2002. "It's not like California"... um, yeah it is.

It woke my family in Indianapolis. My younger niece thought her older sister (in the bottom bunk) was having a seizure or something (because, why else would the bed be shaking in Indiana?)

Well, more significant is the fact that they do not build toward earthquake resistance. And yet, every few years we hear of them having one. So you think they'd get wise and acknowledge the fact that yes, Virginia, earthquakes do happen in the midwest.
