Heard this (http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=91912549)today on NPR - brought me back to our Honeymoon in New Orleans when we were first introduced to this classic cocktail. I've carried Peychaud bitters in my bar ever since. Now that Absinthe is available, I feel I may have to revisit this one again soon. This is a great listen, as I love the sounds of a good cocktail being prepared,
