Stitch sang happy birthday to me in Innoventions.. that was fun. "Hey mom, you have a sticker on your shirt.. whats that about?"
I had my first Dole whip float, I got lei'd, I tried to sink a boat on Pirates, I rode Buzz three times, I bought swanky stuff, and I spent a whole day with my son just having fun, with no rules.
How swanky is that?

The only thing that might have improved my day was having someone to curl up with when I got home, but you know, I didnt need it.
I had a blast. I love you guys, and even if I might not recognize you when we see each other, you make me smile, and I am proud to be one of you.

He was the ONLY child standing in the middle of the group in a Hawaiin shirt and a lei. Thank goodness! It just meant that I didnt have to worry about him trying to cross the sea of people between me and him again!
He does give the suspicious eye when surrounded by stangers in lei's doesnt he? He's all better now.

Though I think that he's quite fond of Theatre Tech, Mickey Lumbo, and DisneyDaniel now.

It was wonderful to meet you and your son! It's funny how I accidentally met both of you at Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters prior to the Tiki meet. Your son was more well-behaved than some of the adults in our group of Hawaiian shirt/lei-wearing Disney fanatics! ;)

OK, stupid admission here. I met you about 5 minutes after I met the rest of the gang. I was all prepared to give you a groovy birthday wish, maybe even with a little Les Mis twist, but with the overwhelming swankiness of seeing the whole gang in the polynesian flesh, I absolutely lost the moment. I hope you had a very happy birthday. I promise I'll sing to you next year.

Oh how awful I feel! First, I was out of town for a week, and then I came down with bronchitis!

Did we ever actually meet? I know you were in front of me talking in the line, but I dont know that we ever did the, "Hi, I'm" moment.
