This is so inappropriately awesome:

Gin & Titonic (http://www.worldwidefred.com/ginandtitonic.htm)

Though it would have been better if the ship were two separate molds, bow and stern.

Though it would have been better if the ship were two separate molds, bow and stern. But then the cubes wouldn't float properly in your glass.

But I love this!

Those are way cool.

Maybe they could create a mold of the whole ship but with a weakened center, so that halfway through your drink, the two halves would separate and sink to the bottom?

Now that I've thought of it, I want that really badly.

The "sink to the bottom" part would be tricky.

I know. It's difficult sometimes when human technology has not yet caught up with your dreams.

The site doesn't seem to have a way to purchase this bit of awesomeness?

Point your cursor towards the top of the page, a nav bar should appear with a "buy" link that takes you to some external sites.

There are many (http://www.worldwidefred.com/shoponline.htm) places you can buy them.

I wasn't finding this particular product at any site, until I finally found one that said "Available Mid-October". So y'all gotta wait!

I love the bone chillers (http://www.worldwidefred.com/bonechillers.htm), a must for the next pirate-themed party methinks!

Omg, I want this so bad.

BUT ... since houseguests this weekend consumed all the vodka, all the rum, all the whiskey and all the champagne ... but once again never touched the gin that I've had unsullied for years and years ... i fear even a Gin & Titonic would be unpopular with all the boozehounds I happen to know.

There are plenty of other options. For example, brew some Earl Gray tea, chill it, and serve it as "Icebergamot Tea".

I wonder if they would be interested in manufacturing my project idea: a kite in the shape of a space shuttle that break into pieces when you reel it back in.

Apparently I must spread some mojo around before giving it to GD again

...and I am SO buying one of those Ice mold kits when theyre available. The shooter-glass molds are another good idea.
