Guess the movies from only a single letter (not necessarily the first letter, even) from the poster art:

I did terribly.

What's "terribly"? I was just glad to get 21 right without looking. I got a bunch wrong, and couldn't come up with any answer about 8 of them. Awesome quiz, though! I love movie key-art (well, that's good, isn't it? My job is pretty much all key art all the time.)

I think I got about 6 right. Maybe as many as 8 or 9. Clearly I'm not very tuned in to movie font design.

Wow. I'm not even gonna try. I saw a few that I knew, but I know I would suck on this one.

Ooh! I looked at the answers - I was SO CLOSE on some of them! Some were sequels of the movie I guessed, some were at least in the right genre, like...

Saturday Night Fever instead of my guess, Boogie Nights.

I got a whopping 4 right....3 of them Disney, go figure!

I still have this open in a window at work. Just did a quick pass before leaving and will do a more thorough attempt tomorrow.

In that pass got:

C-N --U --ESS --- ---SE MOV-ES FRO- --ESE ---TER-?

I'm surprised that I got 12 correct.

I got hung up on #28 due to a spelling error

I got 19... I see several of these posters every day at work :D

22 out of 24 guessed. I'm visual. I can't tell you the plot of most of these films, but I remember their look.

14. I'm embarrased to have missed the classics and some of the most recent designs. Somewhat horrified I identified Show Girls but not Psycho.

I think if I would have gotten Psycho wrong, I'd have to take Psycho off my nametag.

Will have to do this during a break, if my work computer will allow it...

Boy, revoke my movie buffery card, 9 right. At least I did get the classics, but, nonetheless, pretty stinko results.

Well, me too. But in my defense (excuses excuses) many of the films I've not seen, nor had an interest, of I saw them and purged them from my memory!

More classic posters are more my meat

Even though this quiz called me out, I could only identify 16 titles. There were a couple that were close...like "...of the Dead," but it is a lot of fun to deconstruct key art that we have all been exposed to (and desensitized by).

I bow to Lisa and Heidi.

I'm with Snowflake on this one - I would have done better if there were more classic titles.

14 so far. I could have sworn "Alien" had a big bright "F" in it.
