I really want to see these, but beyond that I will defer to a later time to commit fully....that is, until after more chime in with scheduling thoughts.

but yeah, pencil me in

ah, right. Scheduling

I would say a weekend, to start with. In September- by
October we're getting down to the wire, so there will more people there, which I'd like to avoid, particularly since GD mentioned a bottle-necking issue with the exhibit lay-out.

Beyond that, whenever's clever!

I have found that the best thing to do in a case like this is to throw a few potential dates out there on a poll. That seems to create the best momentum.

Come up with some possible dates and ask a Mod or Admin to add a poll.

Thank you very much for the advice, Kevy! If a moderator or admin could assist me with a poll, I'd be much obliged, thank you. :)

Okay so here are all the dates I can think of:

Saturday 9/6
Sunday 9/7

Saturday 9/13
Sunday 9/14

Saturday 9/20
Sunday 9/21

Saturday 9/27
Sunday 9/28

Perhaps we can meet at the museum around 11 AM, see the exhibit, poke about and then find a local eatery to have a late lunch/ early dinner. Say, Chinese? :D
