Can't I just express my desire here, that should I enter into a persistant vegitative state, I would like to be decapitated, so my head can be displayed on a pike outside my house?

We got two sets of advance directive forms in the mail from our medical insurance company on Monday. Gotta say....it was kinda icky getting them that way.....we didn't request them, they just arrived in a giganto envelope. We're going to get to them soon....it's very interesting stuff!
