Wow, not thread yet. Well, now that the reruns are over, let's get talking!

Watching this last week's recap, I think I must have missed an episode before it went into reruns. Oh well, the recap is good enough at filling me in.

I didn't like this week's episode so much. There were just a couple things that were too ridiculous. Like, even if you buy the "wheeling a portapoty down the street without being noticed, and what about the fact that those things need to be emptied by a paid service", like they'd put it somewhere where their neighbor could just peak over the rather low fence and see it? And um, yeah, it's EASY to talk your way out of popping up from behind someone's couch. Grrr, the show had been avoiding going that far into the unbelievable.

But, of course, the story is still intriguing. And Martha's sister continues to be the best character on the show.

Martha's sister continues to surprise me. I'm glad they brought her in!

I agree with you about the believability of the show- so far they had gone to absurd, but not to this point. It was fun, though, to watch Gabrielle wheeling that thing down the street in her high heels... :) And doing laundry in the hot tub? ROFL!!

Martha's sister rocks. I loved the whole "Utah" exchange. I love this show. I think the actresses inhabit their characters more so than on other shows. Maybe that's why I like it. Sure, the situations are preposterous, but they really seem to BE their characters -- so who knows? My mother pooh-poohed the show as being too much sex and violence -- and too unrealistic. Which I think is pretty funny, considering I remember from childhood the one sacred hour that was Dallas, where us kiddos had to am-scray due to the ...wait for it...sex and violence, and plot that we wouldn't get anyway because it was unrealistic. Oh, how I wished for a show that would be my Dallas. My Dynasty. My Knots Landing. And now it's here. And back to original episodes.
