I've seen it on TV. Looks great in concept (as most ASTV things do). Has anyone tried it, or know someone who has?

No, but if I had the spare cash, I'd buy it. Of course, I also want the True Ceramic Pro flat iron, but I think I really, really want that Max whatever flat iron that looks even better!

I am a total infomercial junky. I'll watch the Euro Pro Shark cordless sweeper one over and over (hey, I've got the regular one and it's actually really a great product!)

It's kinda freaky. Anything with a spinning blade in it sounds scary.

The instructions (http://splitender.com/1-888-410-6655/instructions.htm) make it seem like it would take me a solid hour to do my whole head.
