and I feel fine... but John Cusack I think may disagree.

Well, at least we will get on with destroying the last 28 famous edifices to be toppled in major motion pictures, and finally be done with it.

Actually, I'm looking forward to this .... in a sick way because, and try not to hate me for it, I kinda wouldn't mind if the Maya were right and the world does end in 2012.

Oh, and I hated most of Emmerich's movies ... but I'm one of the 4 people who actually liked Godzilla ... so I have hopes. And John Cusack is (almost) always a plus.

I don't hate you, but in two years, I will still be young enough to have orgasms, so f**k the world ending!

No offense to Betty but who the frick keeps green-lighting Roland Emmerich movies? (And Michael Bay films, too.)

With that being said, the special effects look pretty cool, I guess...

Some of my project have timelines into 2013, do I need to add this into my risk mitigation plan?

Hopefully the existence of another awful Emmerich movie will take some of the wind out of the sails of people who really believe this (or are taking adantage of such people).

Well the good thing is if the world does end on Dec, 21st 2012 we should have a head's up that it is ending since it will end in Australia before the US. So if the world does end on the 12/21/2012 be sure to let us know Lashpair so we can get a few more hours of debauchery in before a last second repentence. ;) We are counting on you. :D

Humm... For some reason the end of the world seems to be resonating through the inter tubes.

Wow, that comic was so deep into math geekdom that even after finding out what it meant, I still didn't think it was funny.

Was that referring to a person's Erdos Number? Otherwise, I'm totally not getting it...

Yeah, I think they were trying to get an Erdos number of 1 or something. Waaaaay over my head, LOL.

It's a check.

Throughout his career, Erdős would offer small prizes for solutions to unresolved problems. These ranged from $25 for problems that he felt were just out of the reach of current mathematical thinking, to several thousand dollars for problems that were both difficult to attack and mathematically significant.
