Fascinating.
I just got a call from Headliner. She's home watching Bones on our FIOS-DVR.
In the middle of watching the recorded show, it automagically jumped over to a live news alert about a tornado warning for our area. I had no idea it could do that.
Cool beans.

That would be the first thing I'd figure out how to disable. Storm warnings are no excuse for interrupting my viewing!

Oh like you guys even have weather.
Comcast boxes do it too. It was much less desirable when it was a test that I was being forced to watch.

But we do have weather. Pretty sunny, pretty cloudy and really effing hot (current). That, I think, covers 99% of the weather.

Our weather warnings don't work because the only time we need them is when the equipment melts from the heat.

You forgot "Windy with flurries of fire and choking smoke" and "Rain and landslides".

You get some epic thunderstorms in AZ!
