Okay, on another movie board I post on we have a fly that needs swatting yet again. Before I post a reply to her, I need to confirm that she is out of her tree. The El Capitan is not for sale, is it?

No worries, the fly I was swatting backed down. Th El Cap is for sale, but Disney will remain tennant in the theater, this was the argument. :blush:

It seems that it is not actually owned by Disney, but rented. From what I can surmise, Disney wishes to continue renting after it is sold.
