I know there's at least one other fan in Prudence on here.

Masters was fun to watch, in spite of the full-of-themselves food critic judges and so-so hostess Notpadma. I was pulling for Keller, even before we ate at his restaurant, but we liked Bayless too. As long as it was Chiarello. Prick.

I was massively jealous of the people eating that final challenge meal.

And now we're on to the new season. Way too many people there to process right now, though apparently they had a minimum tattoo/body modification requirement for contestants this season. WTF.

So far I hate the Philly chick who called herself a bitch, and the mouth-breather Michael.

Early favorites are the brothers, and Kevin who won the first elimination challenge. And not JUST because his beard is awesome (though it can't be denied).

I liked Top Chef the first couple of seasons because unlike most of the other cooking reality shows it is actually just focused on cooking skills with minimal side-drama (though that's happened, of course). That's also what I like about Project Runway.

But it has been several seasons since I watched either. I'll have to remember to set up the DVR for them now that I have that.

There's some side drama, but they've maintained the focus on the cooking even through last season's super drama where two of the chefs, each with significant others, hooked up. There's always people being pissy with each other but it's rarely the main focus of the show.

I'm also a fan! But missed the last season.

Project Runway starts tonight!

Jennifer from Philly should be disqualified purely for the way she pronounces ceviche.
