The USGS should have a sensor wire attached to NA's toilet seat. :p

There have been 10 quakes in the 3-4 range there in the last 15 minutes since the 5.7 one.

I'm again watching the quakes move up the fault lines. It is completely fascinating! These 2 faults that join up where these larger quakes are happening must be disagreeing with each other.

Surely Lisa went to the bathroom or was on the phone at some point at that time. ;)

And you know we love you, you're such a sport! :D

And I agree with you, it was quite fascinating to watch live as the needle would scroll another earthquake (even though I never felt any of them). I didn't even feel the first one, I was walking through the house at the time. I heard the windchimes out side, and looked out and saw the tree moving. I thought it suddenly became windy.

Felt 2 distinct shakings here in Costa Mesa.

5.9, out in the middle of nowhere between here and Palm Springs.

Disneyphile 07-07-2010 05:00 PM

NA - were you in the bathroom again?

Kevy Baby 07-07-2010 05:00 PM

I thought my vertigo was kicking in - it was weird
