Wow, that wind is taking its time going south then. People in the Valley have been talking about it for a couple hours now. I still have no sign of it down here.

So half my roof is now taken off, and almost all the ceiling in the back room. The contractor says they should be done by noon. Tomorrow: new plywood on my roof!

Looks so strange to see daylight in the back room. It's always been very dark back there- the windows are not in a position to bring in much light.

What do I do with an iPhone with a broken screen? Already bought Susan a replacement (iPhone 4), just not sure what to do with the old one.

Wipe it and throw it on ebay clearly stated as broken. Or take it to the Apple store and use it for 10% off another ipod.

You can replace the screen yourself (which voids warranty) but then you can use it as an iPod.
