I would be there all day long, giggling, begging for a slide down the pole- and that goes for the poleless stations, too, if you know what I mean. ;) :p

I'm a Republican Christian. Reading this thread just might be hell. ;)

The firestation at Springdale and Heil has voting. I've been going there for as long as I've been old enough to know to be quiet in the voting booth. My daddy used to take me to vote as a kid. It was a special daddy daughter thing since my mom couldn't vote.

The firemen wern't in the garage. It's always been a bunch of volunteers.

I've always had to vote in somebody's garage. Not quite as exciting. :(

Now, I vote by mail. Much better! :)

However, I'd take voting by firestation for a "special firefighter/Ally thing." :D ;) :p

The last time I voted, it was in a church.

All times before that I voted by absentee ballot.

How's this for apocalyptic weather. An enormous dust cloud swept through the Phoenix valley yesterday.

It didn't work. The apocalypse will just have to be held some other day.

Nothing unique about it, though. We get 15-20 of those every June-August.
