Before the first drop, the talking skull warns you that "Thar be squalls ahead". But "squalls" sounds remarkably like "squirrels".

I think you won't hate it either. The key is that even after all the changes, it's still Pirates. I thought the lighting, sound, set dressing, and effects have been improved in nearly every scene that wasn't truly altered. Most of the Depp additions seemed fine to me, although the last one seemed kinda thrown in there.

It's still Pirates, and I'll still ride it over and over.
