We would also need about 3,000 - 5,000 sq. foot woodworking shop (I know I am not the only LoT'er to whom this would be of interest). Sliding table saw, dual compound miter saw, lathes (both large and midi), wide-belt sander, large and small band saws, large radial-arm saw, large glue-up area with a gazillion clamps, enclosed spray booth with fume recovery, centralized vacuum recovery and collection (for all the saw dust), two router tables, and of course every conceivable hand-tool known to man.
