The funeral in Jack's flash forward was unattended and ignored, with only a small obit in the paper. This was not one of the "6" (celebrity status, remember?) But it was someone secretly connected with the island.
I agree.....can't be one of the 6. It must either be Ben or Micheal imho.

And let's not forget Claire's back story. Aaron is possibly the antichrist. Claire is either dead, gave him up voluntarily, or he was taken from her.

Yes, I got the impression that Jack wasn't merely "uncomfortable" with seeing Aaron but almost scared to.......could Aaron be the "IT" that Hurley refers to during the game of horse? Was Kate not wanting her mom to see Aaron more about protecting her mom than it was about protecting the baby?

You just blew my mind with that little revelation. Now I need to plan a family picnic there for when the weather gets warmer. :)

Kate had a look when she picked up Aaron too. And it wasn't a motherly/love look. Aaron looked to be 2 or 3. So this flash forward was 2 or 3 years later. No beard on Jack, so I am guessing this is before his flash forward. Maybe Jack's flash forward was the final flash forward and the rest are forward/backs.

Well, most people who study Lost agree that last weeks episode was Christmas Day 2004 on the Island...Locke was even making a dinner for everyone...

That means that this next episode or possible the one after will be 12/26/2004, the day of the killer Tsunami.

In real life the Tsunami orgininated in the Sundra Trench, which just happens to be the same place our Losties Plane(or a copy) was discovered.

I wonder if the event will have importance to the shows story.

That blew your mind.....just wait; In last weeks episode we have a man named "Miles" asking for 3.2 million dollars from Ben..........code much I think:)

20 points for whoever called time travel first. At first I was thinking astralprojection, and I was going to be very annoyed. I'm glad we know more about the boat and the people on it.

It seems that they are answering more questions [while giving us more] than seasons past.

And with Desmond, Sayid, and the guy wearing the tank top... I dub it "The Ship of Male Hotness".

ETA: Tank Top guy's name is Keamy, and he's played by Kevin Durand.

That was awesome. Explains a lot. Sort of.

Yipes! I never put that together. It might be code, but I think it's more of an easter egg.

So, according to Daniel, time is perceived differently on the island. Yet, the calendar on the ship shows exactly the right number of days that the castaways have experienced. The more answers we get the more confused I get. Maybe Charlotte is right. "We don't want to confuse them."

I need Daniel to pull out a chalk board, start from the top, and draw it all out.

I read it as, time seemed different for those in the helicopter. Sayid pointed out that they left at dusk and landed in daylight. So while those in the chopper felt that only a few minutes had passed, a day+ had actually passed. I don't think there's necessarily a time difference between on the island and off the island (otherwise those phone calls wouldn't work). But in-transit is when things go weird.
