I was referring to the trampling. But yeah, the miscarriage thing was reported as a rumor anyway.

I still haven't gone out... I just couldn't find anything exciting enough to warrant dressing before noon.

I did go to Sports Authority and pick up a Road Trip Grill this morning. I figured $129 was worth the extra 2 miles out of my route. I didn't see any trampling there, however. I really didn't see a crowd.

There were about 20 tents set up outside Best Buy last night. It took me a minute to realize that Best Buy doesn't sell tents.

There was a trampling at a Wal-Mart las year as well.

Yeah, but last year it was for the Wii... there's nothing that great this year, what's the damn rush?

Last year's mob wasn't about the Wii - it was just general mob mentality.

That's also why there is a huge increase in theft and shoplifting this time of year.

According to that same mall security that I mentioned in an earlier post, they told me that many shoplifters or people caught breaking into cars in the parking lots often state, "Well, I don't care about anyone else. MY family needs a Christmas and they're going to have it." :rolleyes:

For a time of year that's supposed to be loving and giving.... it's also quite the opposite.
