(that's what I'm doing right now - chanting - and trying not to have an anxiety attack.)

I am getting ready to put my Santa suit on and go visit the Hi-Hopes www.hopeu.com always fun, lots of Smiles. This is one of the most fun visits for me.

I'm sure they love to have you visit too!! It sounds like a great way to spread the holiday cheer!

I'm getting ready to make about 400 spritz tree cookies! I've decided to skip the wreaths this year, to much of a pain to switch cookie plates. Plus the trees are easier to decorate, shake on the colored sugar and voila.....decorated cookies!

I misread that as "shake on the colored sugar and vodka..." which was going to make a very interesting cookie.

I cheated and bought store already made Xmas variety sugar cookies in a box. Lots cheaper than making them myself and i didn't feel like baking but wanted cookies. Cookies and hot cocoa nothing but a warm fireplace and the day would be perfect. Thursday i have to get the remaining 2 presents and roll rum balls with my mom and i'm pretty much set. Just sitting back and waiting for Xmas to come and be over with and get life back to normal.

Congrats on the new thread!

Just a tip. Don't ever have a migraine at the same time as a cold. It sucks big time. Finally things have eased and I am feeling much better today and got the most restful sleep in quite awhile.

Just please don't have a cold and a migraine. It hurts!

Heck... I turned on the heat down here (mostly because the dogs asked me to).

WTG BTD! I should check if my grades came through yet.

madmonkeygirl 12-16-2008 08:50 PM

We turned on the heat here for the doggies since we went out for a few hours. Lucy just brought me her Mr. Quackers duckie that is bigger than she is and she carried him all the way to the couch and jumped up onto the couch with him in her mouth lol...think it's time to get her another one of those. :)
