Italian. We're meeting friends in Malibu at a place called Spruzzo's.

Mac and cheese, only instead of mac, it's farfalle, and in addition to cheese sauce I have ham, fresh rosemary, and chopped garlic.

I made chicken fried steak and biscuits. I really want another piece of steak for dessert!

Pork tenderloins, red potatos, ginger carrots, and red cabbage slaw.

I cooked for 4, but there's only 2 of us. Oh well - they're YUMMY!

Those look delicious! Is there a recipe?

I'm already SO looking forward to it, dinner at Cordon Bleu. No, not some spiffy high end restaurant, it's a real hole in the wall Vietnamese place. Best Imperial Rolls and a noodle salad is in my future. YUM.....grumbly tummy right now just thinking about it.

They should call it "Cord-On Blew" - no particular meaning to that name; just a stereotypical Asian butchering of a classic name.
