You know, "Rumble in the Jungle" doesn't rhyme either.

Your avatar is yummy.

I want him (in person) for Christmas. I used to date a guy who looks just like him. I think that was the only reason I went out with him.

Hmmm...and so did my boyfriend. Without me. Damn you, BTD! First Fred Dryer, then Christopher Meloni and now this!!! Your'e always jackin' my men! (By jackin' I mean stealing, you low lifin' perverts. And by low lifin' perverts, I mean me.) ;) :p

Mmm.... Pick Up Stix. I'm a Panda Express freak. Msg-ee goodness in every migraine forming bite. Good golly I love Panda!

My boyfriend just sent me the most beautiful bouquest of red roses! They were delivered to my office with the most touching & precious card that completely made cry! Happy tears, of course! Today is our one-year anniversary, which is actually 10 in AllyOfTheDolls years. I'm sighing all dreamily because he is so wonderful & perfect for me! He's the "one"!! All I need is a mallet to bonk him over the head so that I may unconsciously drag him to the altar. :p :)

My Dad just called me and completely put me in check over my behavior. It doesn't matter how old you are, your parents are always your parents. He was 100% right, however. Why am I so awful when it comes to picking up a phone & calling people? I swear it's why nobody likes me. I have the best intentions, but I am the world's work pick-up-the-phone-and call-just-to-say-hi-er! :( My Dad let me know this in the kindest way possible. When my Dad acts fatherly, which is his job, I want to act like a child and run weeping into my room whilst slamming the door shut. :p

Wow, today was my most productive day in many moons. I think I'm learning that the project that I had previously spent months positioning myself to focus on is what has been causing my lack of motivation. It's still theoretically the direction of most interest to me, but the specifics are so frustrating to deal with on a day-to-day basis that I will find any way I can to avoid actually doing it, including avoiding actual work all together.

For the time being, there is no work to be done on that project. So now my goal is to build some motivation momentum by working on some other projects that are actually rewarding to work on and hope that momentum carries through once the other project is back on the front burner.

Didn't matter. The microwave in our Hotel Room was so old it couldn't heat up an 18 year old in a Strip Joint !
