I thought you were practicing your "pee in the woods" stance.

I love that picture. The symmetry of GD and CP's profiles, and your pose! Great Stuff!

But speaking of frogs ... there was one under my tent when I packed it up. He sorta startled me when he hopped out from under there.

And then sorta startled me again .... when he hopped out of my truck in Los Angeles last night!!!

Seems he hopped right into one of my milk crates and hitched a ride to Southern California ... where I hope the local ecosystem agrees with him.

I am very happy that I didn't keep anyone awake with my snoring this year!

Rushing River right outside our tents covers a multitude of sins.

Or well, I rather hope so ... and not just snoring.

There were so many cool things about this camping trip.
  • The food. So many days of awesome food. And, of course, the night the Taquito Kid (Capt Jack) pwned us all.
  • The stars were amazing. The milkyway, shooting stars, satellites... One of my favorite things.
  • Yosemite - so pretty. First time seeing it all in person.
  • Our campsite was ideal. Lots of trees and a raging river.
  • Cool hikes. I liked Jon Muir's rock, the Don Cheadle Trail, the Daphne Zuniga Meadows and Raging Rapids Falls.
  • Great company. :)

That was John Muir's Poppet. ;)
