So it's past the half way mark on caffeine-free day three and I'm feeling great. But I'm about to go to the 2nd most sleep-inducing meeting I attend. I don't know if I'm going to hold.

Since April I have been asking the geniuses at computing & communications to stop billing the old budget. I have the email chain. They swear it's done - and the next month, bill! They are going to be mighty surprised come July 1 when that budget ceases to exist. Maybe THEN they'll do what I've been asking them to do for months.
