Peace is good. Everybody handles things their own way.

I usually like a week or two, then I'm good. Husband? Not so much. The last time we lost a dog, he waited two years before he was ready for another.

So why can't Luna Lovegood look this good in the movie? (Mildly NSFW but no nudity)

We start a vacation in the morning so I am writing my out of office message at work. Mine are never particularly serious.

I'm posting this here to get it out of my system since it where my brain keeps going but I can't really use it at work as it goes just a step too far.

Quote:

When we originally planned this vacation it was a trip to Japan, an lo did god send a mighty torrent. So we changed it to Vermont and New Hampshire to see the colors, and lo did god send a mighty torrent.

Third time being the charm, we changed it to a location where nobody would notice when god sent a mighty torrent: Niagara Falls.

I'll be out of the office October 4 through October 18, returning on October 19. I will have my laptop and may check email periodically but it will not be so that I can respond to you but simply to win arguments about what activities to do by threatening to just work for a couple hours unless I get my way.

So, to the extent that your emails provide that ammunition it is much appreciated but it probably won't get you what you need. For questions/issues regarding XXXX, contact XXXX. For all other topics, reach out to XXXX and he'll get you set on a more fruitful path.

Apparently, there is a road in Missouri called No More Victims Road.

So far, I have not been able find out why it is named this.

From what I hear, you're a victim as soon as you move there. I don't know about that road, though....

And there seems to be a correctional center on No More Victims Road. Interesting.
