I got my coworkers to donate enough food and money for 4 fully loaded Thanksgiving baskets for hungry families. :)

I'm about 80% done with the closet storage project. Very little construction left, mostly sanding, painting, and installation remains. I stand a good chance of completing this in time!

I got a free h1n1 flu shot at work tonight. And it hurt the least of any shot I can remember. Those Disney nurses are good!

In other news, I think our registry is finally active :) And they no longer think we live in Afghanistan ;)

Oh. My. God.

I got a UPS package today from Kiyonna Clothing (a plus size designer). Now, mind you, I didn't order anything from them, and whenever I've bought stuff from them, it's been in their actual physical location, and I took my purchases home that day, so it's not like I regularly get packages from them or anything.

Inside, a simple printed note saying "congratulations" and a brown lace dress that disneyphile and the girl that worked there both told me I should buy, but I didn't because I was being good. (My "purchases" that day were limited to the dollar value of the gift card they'd given me for winning their facebook Halloween costume contest). And if that didn't already blow me away, underneath it, under more tissue paper (oh yeah, packaged beautifully, of course), were two rhinestone "bride" tank tops and two very hot lacy pairs of underwear!

Holy cow.

Needless to say, I'll be running over to their store tomorrow with a bucket of peppermint breakup as a thank you gift.

Never heard of them before, but after a little googling, wow... they've got some cute clothes!!

Also, thanks for the tipoff, I also have never heard of Kiyonna, seriously cute clothes! Maybe with Xmas bonus, if I get one!

WOW! Now THAT is customer service. I'll be sure to shop there a bit more often when I can. :)
