It's like Dallas... but with wrestlers... I like it!

Damnit, I had to go and let myself be sucked into stupid condo association b.s. yesterday. Sigh.

Maybe I'll blame it on the iced tea. So, having gone from last Sunday through yesterday with my only caffeine intake being 1 rum and coke and 1 cup of tea (no way I was going to survive a 2 hour conference call without), I completely blanked and ordered an iced tea at lunch. Then proceeded to down 3 glasses of it.

I think I could feel my eyeballs vibrating.

It is hard to go to work today.

blueerica 06-26-2007 08:20 AM

It's hard to do anything today. All I want it to do right now is rain. And by rain, I mean downpour. Just drench the place.

So the window invaders are back. Now, at the moment it's a bit chilly. And I'm approximately 1.5 toddlers away from the window. So if the window is fully open, I'm freezing. But no matter, because OMGWTFBBQ!!!11!!!ELEVENTY!! it's supposed to reach 80 today, so we'd better open everything starting at 7:30 am, no matter that it makes it very difficult for me to sort out this paperwork mess, what with the papers blowing off the desk and stuff.

80. All this over 80 degrees and no discernible humidity. What a bunch of passive aggressive weenies. I can't wait to move.

I was thinking the exact same thing this morning. I had "Rain in the Summertime" by the Alarm running through my head.

If it rains, it had better rain hard. I love it when it does and I don't have to wash my car. But those piddly drizzles just make a big f'in mess.
