So, tonight was okay, though I didn't do as well on a midterm as I had hoped. An 82. A respectable B, considering I have two ace papers in the hole, but only an 82. Bleh. The worst part is that I couldn't come up with the specific word he was looking to see. I covered the meaning to enough of a degree, the effects, etc - which I think made him incline toward leniency - but I'm just disappointed.

I think I was just expecting more of myself from this class. Given that I've done a stellar job in my Business Law class, my hopes were too high. I should cut myself some slack, though - I'm missing several classes that are fundamental to success in this class, according to the professor (though he doesn't know my situation specifically). In light of that, I'm probably doing really well.

I'm going to start busting some ass now so I can get an A on the final. Or at least a B. A B would be nice.

I'm not resisting it at all. I just can't bring myself to forgive him for being such a jerk for so many years PLUS what appears to be steroid use. If (I am still holding on to a hope) he breaks Aaron's record, I will be sad.

Maybe I should complain about the frequency of games? Good thing I actually like baseball, to a point. What I should do is go ahead and do something else while you watch it. Otherwise, I feel like a kid watching Ratatouille. ;)

(side note - the Firefox spell check doesn't know "Ratatouille" and recommends "Bouillabaisse" instead)

Okay, are you two actually conversing through the board now?

Now? We've been doing that for years. Just be happy it isn't in haiku.

*ACHOO!!*

I wanted to thank you all for your informative and cheerful posts in reply to my post on allergic reactions to medication.

I haven't been feeling so well, and I've been knee-deep in work, so I haven't had a chance to reply. I just wanted to thank y'all. You guys are the bestest. :)
