Crap! I just remembered I have to go water The Old People's plants tonight. It is going to be mega hot. One of their neighbors lost their house yesterday, to a major fire, and it is going to be sad driving past it.

I remember thinking how fit and trim John Wayne looked at his final appearance at the Oscars. I knew he was sick, but somehow I didn't put the two together.
