I bought the new Lenny Kravitz cd and have been grooving on that. I realized I hadn't bought a cd for a few years, although Gary has bought many!

New Sheryl Crow release. A bit disappointing because of too many cover songs.
Wynton Marsalis live. Loving it!

While he does occasionally have some funny stuff, I long ago gave up on his rantings.

I threw together a quick playlist of stuff that I could listen to and work without too much distraction.

Anyone here listened to A Fine Frenzy? It's not a band so much as just the delightfully talented singer/songwriter Alison Sudol. Her debut album, One Cell In The Sea, is on my frequent rotation list these days, especially the "title" track, actually called "The Minnow and the Trout," as fine a humanist sermon as I could hope for. Radio-wise, you are more likely to have heard her ballad "Almost Lover" if anything.
