I'm going up Thursday, with any other advance scouts who want to be Frontiersmen!

Ok, by my count, we have about 20 swankers interested.

I think, at this point, it's better if they opt out specifically or - - for purposes of simply reserving space, we will assume they're in.

Ok, there's me, Not Afraid, €uroMeinke, blueerica, BarTopDancer, Gemini Cricket, Ghoulish Delight, Cadaverous Pallor, Disneyphile, Frodo Potter, Morrigoon, Chernabog, Capt Jack, katiesue, Kevy Baby (and Gus Gus, I assume), NirvanaMan (and Babette, I assume), maybe zapppop and possibly even the likes of Alex Stroup.

Should we start another, definitive poll? (oh Moderator )

Morrigoon 04-13-2007 10:00 PM

Cherny and I are discussing being tent-mates and carpoolers, FWIW.

No, I don't think that's necessary ... or expedient.

If we end up with two much space reserved, we can always either cancel one site .. or spread out a little and each pay $2 more a night. Ooooooh! Break the Lashbank!

I almost think, at $20 per nite, we should purposefully get more sites than we need just so we can have more parking spaces! Carpooling is going to be difficult, what with all the sh!t we are each going to bring for 2 or 3 days in the woods!

Morrigoon 04-13-2007 10:20 PM

Do we want to stick with getting a few individual sites, or do we want to get a group site?

Not Afraid 04-13-2007 10:24 PM

Group sites are for minimum 20 people and all are sold out for that weekend (at least the reservable ones are).

Morrigoon 04-13-2007 10:57 PM

Rats.

I think if we were going to add a day, might be better to add Friday to improve our chances of getting adjacent sites.

innerSpaceman 04-13-2007 10:57 PM

Yeah, but we don't want group cites (those are usually less nice). We want regular campsites. Just, ya know, a bunch of them. 4 or 5, I reckon.

Not Afraid 04-13-2007 10:59 PM

I can reserve specific sites.
