I agree. Yet still she's appalled that I'd post her picture on board. I think she'll feel better if I posted one with the doggies...

Yeah... I love the tangents.

But back on topic: even though DL will almost definitely not charge separate admission on the day, what do you make of this from disneygallery.com:

"Please continue to watch www.DisneyGallery.com for additional details and ticket sale information on our "Celebrating 50 Years of Magical Memories" event, including additional magical experiences held in conjunction with and/or prior to the event dates listed above."

Is it possible that there will be a "value added" event? Perhaps the all-night party that has been alluded to (hoped for?) here might be a ticketed event...

What's this Disneyland you speak of? Do they have WMD (or oil)?

I expect nothing, so at least whatever we get, I will be grateful

From Cast Blast last night, the description of Remember...Dreams Come True sounds truly dazzling.

The show will be 17 minutes long narrated by Julie Andrews and begins with the voice of Walt Disney.

Tinkerbell will decend from the 'sky" and fly over Sleeping Beauty Castle, recreating the opening segment of The Wonderful World Of Disney, then disappears in a spectacluar display of fireworks and over 150 diamond strobe lights on the castle. Farewell, Tink Taco. (She will be concealed by darkness and the blinding effects as she is lowered to the roof of Snow White).

Five decades of Disneyland will be honored beginning with a patriotic salute to Main Street USA. Then, each land will be represented featuring select attractions.

A very cool segment will re-create a scene from Pirates of the Carribean with "canons" being vollied between the Matterhorn and Sleeping Beauty Castle.

Lasers from Sleeping Beauty Castle will highlight the nod to Tomorrowland and concludes with "Pop Goes The Weasle" from America Sings.

There are many surprises in store for you during this unprecendented pyrotechnic display. The soundtrack is awesome and will leave every guest feeling as if the have indeed "Come Home" to the "Happiest Place On Earth".

Can you wait?

No? Testing will begin soon.;)

This can't be true. Can it? Wow.

Wow... that description sounds even better than my idea of having Tinkerbell explode into a thousand Mickey Mouse shaped pieces every night
