I picked up Wolfy for the Sweeny play. And erm - my car quit working on the 5, in the fast lane right around Firestone Ave. So Wolfy ended up pushing it to the side.

But I swear it's fixed now (apparently some sensor in the fuel system that when it starts to go out, quits sending gas to the engine). I don't have air conditioning though and Maddy hogs the ipod control. But I can tie her up and put her in the trunk :D

Just checking in with this thread and too tired to go back and read it all. Has a date been decided upon? I've been way too busy to read the boards as of late.

Um, get tickets. Join us for before and after. Miss sitting next to any of us in the dark. (i.e., we already have a gaggle of seats, thanks to LSPoorEeyorick ... but as we've told several straggers, we didn't buy out the theater. Get seats nearby or where you like and we'll still have a grand old time together.)

Several people missed the ticket buying, but still want to go. I understand the reluctance of going, but not necessarily sitting with the people you're going with. (Although if all the First Round Ticket Missers buy seats together ...)

But I have to point out that once you're sitting in the dark with your attention fixed on a movie, the benefits of having friends surrounding you for 13 yards is negligible.

In other Indiana Jones movie news opportunities .... There will be a screening, at 7:30 pm on Wednesday May 14, at the Mann's Chinese in Hollywood of Raiders of the Lost Ark: The Adaptation, the legendary fan film that's a shot-by-shot recreation of the original, but with a zero budget.

I'm gonna go to this. I've been curious for years.

I totally forgot about another event I have that day.
