Completely agreed. He does not have the ability to think on his feet when confronted.

I'm glad Tom won - definitely the one survivor with the least faults. For God's sake he took out a shark!

Ian was definitely a let down. Totally could not handle it when people faced him. Exact opposite of Tom in that respect.
