Breakfast casserole with bacon with spicy jimmy dean sausage and sharp cheddar. It's not on the list of things that are "good for you"... but it's breakfast for dinner and the whole family will eat it and (this is the important part) I didn't have to go to the store to get something to make.

I am currently looking through this thread to try and decide what to make for dinner. Hmmmmm.....

Easiest thing in the world is chicken breasts marinated in one of those "garlic-herb" marinades. Cook up a little pasta and veg on the side and use remaining marinade as a sauce.

No; the easiest thing is ordering take out!

It was pork tenderloin marinated in a garlic and peppercorn concoction with noodley stuff, carrots and sourdough roll.

I'm making ground beef/bean burritos for dinner. To go with it, I'm going to make a grilled corn-avocado-salsa concoction that I'm looking more forward to than the burritos.
