David who?

So... for those wondering what the weight limit is on those jumpy slide things.... here's the proof...

Fun, but far less graceful than you'd imagine.

He forgot Mother's day?? Why that self absorbed slob! No wonder you left him. The fact that you mention it shows you didn't forget. You just chose to ignore it! :D

I have NEVER forgot my wife's BDay, our anniversary, or Mother's day. In 30 years, not once.

That is because you are a Star. :snap:

And, I tell you, every time I tweak my itchy nose or grab a straw, I think of your story and wince.

So my MIL's birthday was yesterday (Bastille Day), but she had plans to go to a wedding - so we celebrated with her today.

A yummy pancake breakfast at Sears Fine Food was followed by a tour of San Francisco (and the Bay) in a Duck Boat - more fun than you'd expect!

The celebration was over by noon - so H and I decided to grab a bite before returning home to the puppies. We wound up at the Samovar Tea Lounge in SoMa. It was a wonderfully pleasant surprise - with great food and even yummier tea.

...and that's why I'm posting. Heather ordered a tea that I'd never tasted before - Lapsang Souchong. OMFG! NA and €uro posted that they were drinking it (way back in '05), but nobody mentioned that it's smoky flavor evokes BACON! Needless to say, we bought a tin.

(H says that adding milk and sugar enhances the baconiness of the flavor)

I LOVE Lapsang Souchong! It's a very different tea and one of my favorites.
