Last night was pancakes. It was supposed to be spaghetti but I'm just not a big spaghetti fan anymore.

Tonight I am roasting chickens. I will probably just roast some veggies to go with it. That way I can make chicken bisque for the boy tomorrow after his dental procedures.

Oh damn - I forgot to defrost the chicken. I better get it in a bowl of water!

We're having roasted chicken breasts with salad and noodley stuff and roasted carrots.

I made dirty martinis last night - but Lisa put together a fabulous salad based on greens and veggies harvested from our garden.

And tonight I'm eating potato chips. Maybe that's just my appetizer.
