 I took a can of refried beans and added what I found in the fridge.  Just add chips and I am eating dinner! |

 Tonight's dinner has all the culinary legitimacy of dog food, with none of that pesky nutritional benefit ;) Microwave salisbury steak (yeah, that scary Banquet "made from mechanically separated pork, beef & chicken stuff), served with egg noodles, to which I added butter, a few tablespoons of the pasta water, salt, splash of milk, and poured off the excess gravy from the salisbury steaks. For my own, I also added peas. I guiltily admit... tastes good. |

 Morri: it SHOULD taste good - Salisbury steak has a $hitload of MSG in it... Tonight in Casa De Los Osos we're having Cream Of Barley Soup. |

 From the foodie Chicken in Salsa, black beans with green chilie, brown rice and salad with raspberry vinaigrette.   All organic of course. |

 Lemon pepper chicken, salad, noodley stuff. And sourdough bread, homemade, that didn't quite rise right the second time. |

 Breakfast.   I worked late, and it's fast.  Bacon, eggs, waffles (gluten free variety for me, and they don't suck too badly) and country potatoes. |
