That was close. Flight from Sydney delayed past time connecting flight due to depart. Luckily half the flight from Sydney also booked on same flight to Cairns so they held it for us.

*whew*.

I have made it to Cairns, aka the site of the eclipse. Time for some sleep and then a dive boat to the great barrier reef in the AM.
