The Amazing Mojito - even the virgins were great!

Watching the slideshow of these, with the flowers fading in and out, is very calming. Awesome pics.

Ok - I have to rave about the Mojitos - best ever.

We walked into the bar, and I noticed a bucket of sugar cane - to which I exclaimed, "Sugar Cane! what are you serving with that?"

Turns out the make fresh sugar cane juice using a rather cool machine to make their mojitos along with the muddled mint and rum. Simply delicious and exactly the way it should be. I won't be ordering any of these from Tortilla Joe's anymore.

It looks like you guys had a great time- I'm duly envious. Start plotting that June Swanking, okay?

Believe it or not, I've never had a Mojito. What's in it?

The contents are purely mojo.
