My cheeseburger hit the spot. It hit all the right cravings with only 1/2 the guilt I would have felt. Plus, their fries are better than the other place.

Now I have to call The Old People and rub it in! They are in BFE Alaska, somewhere north of Anchorage, but south of Homer.

Hmmm... tonight was cheeseburgers from the grill. Mmm... Cheese.

My mother informed me that she remembers when the first I&O was built.

I was unable to rub in anything. They went out for beer and ended up with fresh crab's legs for dinner.

Well, while we are on the subject, tonight was Meatball subs smothered in Mozzarella and Parmesan. Homemade of course, I even grew the tomatoes and fresh Basil for the sauce! Yum!

Followed by a fantastic Banana Split for desert! Double yummy!

:snap:

On a whim, when I was at the pet store today I bought a cat bed. It's black, with basically a feather boa attached all around the top. They've never liked cat beds before, but for some reason I couldn't resist.

They love it. They've both been taking turns curling up in it. Fighting over it. Sasha looks the cutest in it, I have to say. She's all long-haired and fluffy and all nestled in the black feathers.

And sometimes eating the black feathers.

Tonight - (er last night, now I guess) - Rose and I ate at the Tony Roma's at CityWalk.

Delicious Bleu Cheese Burger- bleu cheese melted over the top, and covered with two crisp slices of bacon.

:D

I got home tonight and the stoat had cooked me a perfectly golden roast chicken, with roast veggies and gravy, and I have a carcass to make into chicken soup tomorrow. I'm as happy as a sandboy !!

O just had the worst dream. I guess my subcioncious took my slumber into the depths of my psychy and brought out all of my fears at once. Since my alarm decided to go off at that exact moment I now get to remember everything in stunning detail. My biggest fear (esp since Nickolas is on visitation right now) is that David won't bring him back, or once he brings him back he will take him from me. The other part had to do with material possessions and David just trying to hurt me (mentally) in every way he could.

I have just spent 20 minutes trying to find the padlocks I bought so I can lock the back gate when I leave for work.

*sigh*

I am going to go start a load of laundry and slowly get ready for work...

Cool! I love roast chicken. I make it on my bar-b on the spit! Yum. Sounds like Stoat's a good cook!

What's a "Sandboy"?

Edited to add: sorry to hear about your nightmare, MG! I know how that is, and it tends to stay with you all day. But just remember it's not real, it's your mind makeing up this fear. You are in controll of your mind. Most fears are never realized, and just do more harm than the actual thing you fear.
