I received Nick's resuklts from the STAR test he took in May. He scored off the charts. I just got a letter today asking for my permission to test him for the GATE program when he starts back to school next week.

Oh, my deal that I've been busting my ass for is in serious danger of falling apart because the original listing said the place had central air, and it turns out it doesn't have a/c, in which case we'd have never gotten this far into trying to make a deal, so I've potentially done all this work for nothing, unless we can now strong arm the bank (it's an REO property, the bank is the seller) into making an even better deal than we'd been trying to put together. And that's IF my clients even want to bother.

I have invested so much time and effort into this deal, and was getting SO close to making it happen, only to have this happen. It's very demoralizing.

I am so sick of David and his shyt! He says he knows nothing about owing me money from June 15th. He did not make the July house payment. I am just sick right now!

I did fire off a fax to my lawyer, explaining that David is an idiot and asking what my next step needs to be. the $2000 that he owes me is needed desperatly, plus the current amount that I should have gotten tomorrow. Now I am even deeper in a hole.

Maybe if hadn't been so worried about Dawn having to leave his side he would have heard what had been said in front of the judge.

So...I go to the bathroom at work this morning and just as I walk into one of the stalls this woman in the next stall starts talking to me. Well, no, she wasn't talking to me, she was on her cell phone, of course, in the toilet. So I got to listen to her (loudly) order tickets for the 9:15 show (of what I don't know, sorry). I also heard her credit card number, her address, and her home phone number.

Do our brains all turn to mush when we pick up a cell phone? What was she thinking? Actually the stupidest thing was that I couldn't bring myself to flush the toilet until she was finished with her phone call. Maybe she didn't mind having a phone conversation with the sound of toilets flushing in the background but I don't think that whoever she was talking to had to know what I was doing.
