Well, talk about irony of ironies...

At our Girl Scout International Festival today, the Australian booth had TIM TAMS! Oh my are they good. Pepperidge Farms is producing them for Target for a limited time (now through March).

Tim Tams

I was told they are only $3.79 a package and they carry the Chocolate Creme and the Carmel cookies. I'm dragging Mr. Swanie over to buy some after dinner.

:D

Oh My! It just so happens that the local Target is directly across from the center where Miss B goes to day program, I'll be planning a stop on Monday morning!

Those do look delicious. I think I may have to pick up a box or two.

BTW: The chocolate creme is the original biscuit as we know and love it, the Caramel is one of the many derivations, but it not the original experience. Just so's you know. :D

Ever notice how highly processed foodstuffs are horribly unhealthy and gross...unless it is a highly processed foodstuff from another country?

I bet I would love Bubba Gump's if it had been founded in Kazakhstan.

So, my first was the Carmel. They had both at the booth, but the Leader recommended the Carmel if I were to try just one. BTW - I'm putting aside a Thin Mint and a Samoa for you, but did you want to try any other Girl Scout cookies?

We have broken into both of the Tim Tams and they get a big thumbs up from all of the Swanies. My only gripe is that there are only 9 in the Carmel package and 11 in the Creme package (actually it is probably a GOOD thing).

There's even a coupon on the Tim Tam site I posted for a $1.00 off.

It is going to suck big time if they do discontinue them come March.

You suck! I've been to two Targets in my jammies and no Tim Tam's. Darn it. One had a shelf tag but they were cleaned out. Second one not even a shelf tag. Now I'll spend half the day tomorrow going to Targets.
