Nice stove, but I'm diggin' on the sun room in the background.

That's actually the dining room. Had to move one of the chairs so they could get the stove in and out.

but it is nice & sunny with a southern exposure, gets sun all day, and you are right, it is a sun room, for Tango, who has a bed just under the window

Among the variety of crap that happened yesterday was one particularly strange occurrence. I was visiting my sweet pitbull, Cassidy and there was an odd man hanging out in front of their house. I was suspicious and kept an eye on him. When Cassidy and I got back from our walk, he decided to leave the area, but left a small boom box on the sidewalk blasting out 70's rock. It was disturbing to see this beat up piece of electronic sitting all alone, straining to play at the volumes it was instructed to. I turned it off and moved it off to the side, but I do wonder if the strange guy ever went back to get it.

Now this sounds like a fun swanking for visiting non-angelenos (like me) a tad spendy, but how fun would it be to be sporting our own mouse ears as we tour?

I've done none of these sites, actually.

Good piloting, though it appears to be test flights, judging by the generic markings on the plane.

Holy cow... so it looks my deal is completely dead now, but on the bright side it's dead because the wife has her heart set on this other one we saw today, but they'll only have a shot at it if they offer list price, and do it today, because there's already a counter offer out on it right this moment.

But we decided to look at a couple more in the neighborhood of the one where the deal is falling apart. And one of the ones we walked into, we walked out almost instantly - it smelled and, I kid you not, I approached the kitchen and there was a ROACH ON THE COUNTER! Ew!

... and the husband wanted to know why his wife didn't want to look any further, LOL.

I learned today that heat exhaustion sucks. But the people in the mountain bike club are very nice.
