MOusepod - did you sell the figures?

Yeah... for about a buck a pop. I'm sure there are others stashed somewhere (like all the X-Files figures)... just waiting to be unearthed.

Doggie downer alert.

Spoiler:
My beagle was diagnosed with a serious heart condition. Her heart is so enlarged (result of an infection we didn't know about) that she can barely breathe. She's now on three heart meds and may possibly live a day more, a week more, a month more, a year more, a couple of years more - they don't know.

Seven.

Thanks for your kind words here and via PM. This beagle is one of my kids.

So sorry to hear about your doggie, 3894... :(

In other news, I'm devising an iced coffee drip system for my desk. I think it should help me in the coming months.

I understand completely. Actually I moved pretty quickly this time, decided to look for a new mattress a few weeks ago, picked one out on Friday, it was delivered today.

Of course I kept the previous mattress about twice as long as recommended and it was a wreck. I've been trying to sleep around the sagging middle for a few years now.

But I have a new bed! Yay!
